Hours of Business

Monday to Friday 9.15 am – 2.30 pm

For the safety of our staff, office hours have been reduced to 9.15-2.30 every day. Outside of these times, we are still available via e-mail and we will still be working hard on your orders!

We would be happy to make appointments to discuss any work over the phone at a time to suit you.


Collection from our shop is still possible during these hours, subject to sensible social distancing precautions. We would ask where possible if you can make payments by BACS or over the phone in advance.

If you will have trouble collecting, we would be pleased to discuss delivery options with you – just drop us a line. We are very happy to do whatever we can to support our customers at this difficult time.


We are pleased offer the following assurances to customers:

  • No staff have yet shown any symptoms of having COVID-19
  • Hand-washing has been enforced before any operation of machinery and handling of materials provided to a customer, at every stage of the printing process
  • All parts of machinery and office equipment which are touched, e.g. handles, levers, knobs, phones, computers, etc. will be carefully disinfected at regular intervals
  • We are asking that customers phone or e-mail instead of visiting wherever possible
